Return Policy

We at Comkif take every measure to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition & on time but at the same time we expect you to bear with us if one in a few orders get slightly disfigured during transit. As most of the food items are  perishable in nature, it is difficult for us to entertain the returns. In case the wrong product is delivered or you are not satisfied with our fulfilment service then we have very customer focussed grievance redressal policies. Refund Policy

Once payment confirmation is received by Comkif seller for an order fulfilment process gets started. In case you change your mind after placing the order or if it is placed by mistake, we accept your cancellation request only if the order is not dispatched and then only you are eligible for the refund. In such case inform our customer care at support@comkif.com.

In case you want a refund because you're not satisfied with either the product or our fulfilment or wrong product service then we have very customer  focussed grievance redressal policies. Just get in touch with our customer support support@comkif.com.
